Pulley Type Continuous Wire Drawing Machine
Structure: The drawing equipment consists of main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, wire brace and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body. The gears are lubricated with oil.
The maximum wire diameter for drawing (in): 6.5mm; minimum wire diameter for drawing (out): 3.3mm. For medium size drawing: Wire diameter feeding: 3.7mm and the minimum wire diameter out: 2mm.
